Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
