What is the difference between a Coloring Conditioner and a Daily Conditioner?
Our Coloring Conditioners are extra-pigmented formulas designed to add color to your hair for the first time or for a bold refresh. Daily Conditioners are designed for regular use to maintain your existing shade and keep it looking vibrant between full colorings.
Will Overtone work on dark hair?
Our 'For Brown Hair' line is specifically formulated with high pigment loads to show up on dark base colors without the need for bleach. However, please note that results will always be more subtle on darker hair compared to pre-lightened strands.
How long does the color typically last?
Overtone is a semi-permanent pigment. Depending on your hair's porosity, how often you wash it, and the products you use, the color typically lasts between 2 to 20 washes. Using cold water and color-safe shampoos will extend the life of your shade.
Is Overtone safe for my hair type?
Yes! All our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and contain no harsh chemicals like ammonia, peroxide, or heavy alcohols. They are essentially deep conditioning treatments that deposit color, making them safe for all hair types and textures.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you received the wrong product or your item was damaged during shipping, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
